Arrivals.

My mate Nikki up on the Central Coast went into labour this morning. I haven't heard any news other than that yet but I hope her and the baby are alright.

Her best mate and one of my closest, Lauren, had been on standby all week, ready to shoot up there when the first contractions happened. And sure enough, she got the call this morning. I've tried calling but I guess you're not supposed to have a mobile switched on in a hospital.

In other news, Mum came home from Auckland, New Zealand this afternoon. I spent a third of my weekly travel budget on the train ticket to the airport but it's all good.
