Medicare ladies.

It's a little sad when the highlight of one's day is a visit to the Medicare Office. But I'll tell you what, the real losers of Medicare 'reforms' at the hands of health minister Tony Abbott will be the nice old ladies behind the counter. I'm not sure if they've been with the public service for a long time or if they're just elderly women with clerical skills that private enterprise won't give a job to. Anyway, they're lovely nonetheless.
