Out of power.
The AC adaptor/charger for my computer passed away the other day and I'm on my last couple of milli-amp hours of power before the battery dies. So I'll be brief.
My Nan reckons that there's a ghost in my Mum's bedroom and she refuses to go in there after the sun goes down.
Mattymoo has been having more sex with girls. Well not quite - it's the same girl, just more sex. Hrmph. And I know he's just being a boy when he brags about it; it's his right- nay, his duty to brag about it, but must he tease me so? Must he tell me that the smell of sex left wafting around his bedroom isn't as charming as one would apparently think? Not that I'm bitter of course.
I briefly stopped by at the Mardi Gras Fair Day at Victoria Park today, which was probably the largest queer gathering in the vicinity ever - other than the gay beat in neighbouring Sydney University's Carslaw Building toilets (a hop, skip and a jump away, really). Amongst other things sighted, there was a girl who was wearing almost the same thing that I was! Same top, same shoes and almost an identical pair of denim shorts. Talk about feeling emasculated...
So the hunt for a new AC adaptor/charger for my laptop continues. I'd be happy with an HP genuine part, but that'd be ridiculously expensive. Initial enquiries quoted a price of around $300. Looks like a humble generic brand for me...
