Gym.

It's not a good idea to go to the gym the day before a trip away. I'm buggered. Mattymoo - friend and some times snuggle-buddy, has been asking me to go to the gym with him for ages and today I caved.

Right now, all my appendages are aching. And the really embarrassing thing is that I didn't do much and when I did do anything it was a pisspoor effort. Matt could lift twice and sometimes even three times as much as I could. You could so tell that it'd been three years since I'd been at the gym last.

But I got to see the gym junkie side of Matt for the first time. I'm impressed. And all that muscle-pumping action...
