It was sure to happen sooner or later.

It's the same old story, really - repeated ad nauseum on soaps and TV dramas the world over. There comes a time, when you're seeing someone, that you start to worry - you know, because you care; and I do care. Suddenly he/she starts responding to you monosyllabically. Suddenly he/she doesn't seem to want to say much or tell you anything (I mean, not that they have to say anything at all, just because you're seeing each other).

It's not so much paranoia or anything, it's more of a concern for the other one; although when you haven't been filled in, conspiratorial kinds of thoughts do occur to one's self. But the questions remain. Can I do anything to help? Or is it me? Am I the problem?

Maybe I should just stick my nose elsewhere for a while. Maybe I'm making too much of the situation. You know; mountains, mole hills, et cetera.
